Can deep frying be done on these cooktops?
Yes. With a temperature range reaching up to 270°C, these units are capable of deep frying. The "Fry" preset mode is specifically designed for this purpose.
What is Overheat Protection?
If the internal temperature of the cooktop rises above a safe limit, the smart sensor will automatically shut off the power to protect the internal circuitry.
Is the Crystal Glass breakable?
We use High-Quality Crystal Glass, however, like any glass surface, avoid dropping heavy or sharp objects directly onto it.
Can I use a Clay Pot (Mitti ka bartan) on the Infrared cooktop?
Yes! One of the biggest advantages of the Infrared cooktop is that it works with clay, ceramic, and aluminum pots, provided they have a flat base.
How do I clean the Induction surface?
Once the surface has completely cooled, wipe it with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive pads or harsh chemicals to maintain the high-quality finish of the glass.
